In July 2007, the company acquired a land in Abu Dhabi, along Sheikh Zayed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum Road and the new Airport Road, covering an estimated area of about  48,675 sqf and allowable total built up area of 251,382 sqf. The land is intended for development as a residential tower consisting of 17 floors in addition to commercial spaces on the ground and mezzanine floors.
