In July 2008 the company has acquired, in cooperation with local strategical investors, 2 plots in Jabal Ali Industrail area – Dubai. The total land area is 41,980  Sqf and the intention is to develop them into Labor Camps consisting of  576 rooms with a total built up area of 176,888 sqf.
