In January 2005, Injazzat Real Estate Development Company, in partnership with other investors, purchased a 9.53 acre plot of land in Plano, Texas, USA for the development of a retail center, which is part of an 80 acre site zoned for mixed use development consisting of offices, hotel, residential and retail. The retail center is expected to be leased to local, regional and national tenants, and subsequently sold.  Overall, the project is expected to generate significant returns due to its exceptional location, continuous growth in and around the city of Plano, located south of the project, and the explosive growth in retail, apartments and offices in the nearby city of Frisco, located to the north of the project. The retail center is built in two phases. Phase I has already been completed in April 2007 and Phase II in September 2008 and it is currently offered for lease.
