In 2006 and 2007, the Company acquired a group of lands in Um Al Quwain in United Arab Emirates. One group of lands, covering an area of about 56,700 sqm., is situated at Um Al Tho’oub and the second one, covering an area of about 6,272 sqm is situated in Al Maidan area. The aim is to hold these lands and offer them for sale to take advantage of the expected increase in prices.
