Established by Injazzat Real Estate Development in 2002, and shared equally with a qualified and expert Bahraini investor, First Real Estate Company focuses on the construction and development of residential complexes. In the 3rd quarter of 2005, the Company underwent restructuring and increased its capital to BD 30 million through additional capital investment as well as a re-evaluation of its assets. Injazzat Real Estate Development maintained a 18.75% ownership interest in the restructured Company. Since incorporation, First Real Estate Company has completed the development of Al Juffair Complex I & Al Juffair Complex II projects, warehouses in Bahrain Investment Wharf, and The 100 Residence Tower in addition to trading lands with strategic location.
