In 2005 and 2006 the company acquired several plots in Al Qouz Induatrial Area-Dubai to develop them as labor camps. Al Qouz Labor Camp (I) is situated on two plots covering an area of 100,000 sqf with a total built up area of nearly 224,180 sqf. The project consists of two labor accommodations. The entire camp provides 620 rooms including limited space for offices and shops. This project was completed and fully leased by the second quarter of 2007. The Company has completed the construction of Al-Qouz Labor Camp (II) which covers an area of 50,000 sqf with a total built up area of 113,000 sqf. The project offers a total of 310 rooms plus offices and commercial shops. The project was fully leased in the 2nd quarter of 2008.
