In December 2006, the company in partnership with Aqar Real Estate Co. and Project Analysis Systems established Al Barsha’a Real Estate Co, which acquired a land of 34,675 Sqf at Al Barsha'a area for development of an office building with total built up area of 300,000 sqf. The building will consist of 7 floors including the ground floor in addition to 3 basement floors. The building was completed in the fourth quarter of 2009.
