Brief About the Company

Injazzat Real Estate Development Company K.S.C. was founded in 1998 by a group of Kuwaiti entrepreneurs, and  authorized and has a fully paid up capital of KD 34,565 million. The shares of the Company have been publicly traded on the Kuwait Stock Exchange since 2002.  The company has experienced progressive growth and strong financial performance by diversifying its investments and building a unique portfolio of real estate investments locally, regionally and internationally.

Today, the Company's real estate investments and projects include opportunistic property investments, office tower developments, owned and operated residential properties, retail
developments, mixed-use commercial development, hospitality and entertainment properties. In order to  effectively manage our consistently growing portfolio in the GCC, the Company has established wholly owned subsidiaries in Europe, partnerships and strategic alliances in the USA, as well as off-shore structures to accommodate the broad spectrum of real estate investments and holdings.
